The Challenge

  1. The client needed to build a strong employer brand to attract talent in preparation for a major expansion over the next 5 years.
  2. Existing LinkedIn presence was mainly commercial-focused with minimal employer branding.
  3. Talent engagement was done via different channels and social media visibility in the market were limited.
